What we collect. We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you provide it, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider also records technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs for security purposes.
Why we use it and on what basis. We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the discussion you have started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, and where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who has access to it. Your message is transmitted by our form provider and delivered to our email provider. These providers act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. Some of them are established outside the European Economic Area, in which case transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. How long we keep it. We keep enquiries for 24 months from our last exchange with you, after which they are deleted.
